Key Responsibilities:

• Academic Tutoring: Deliver personalized teaching sessions at home, focusing on core subjects to improve students' knowledge and competence at their own pace.
• Life Skills Development: Assist students in enhancing essential life skills, including budgeting, cooking, time management, and updating their placement plans.
• Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one support that caters to each student's unique needs, fostering an environment that encourages independence and self-confidence.
• Collaborative Planning: Work closely with students to create and update personalized learning plans that align with their educational and personal development goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with youth, preferably in an educational or mentoring capacity.
