Responsibilities include identifying key clients, creating proposals, coordinating bookings, maintaining records, and collaborating with marketing. Set across the first seven floors of Manhattan Loft Gardens, [Employer hidden] is a 145-room design hotel. We are currently seeking a proactive and driven Junior Sales Manager to handle the sports & entertainment segment.

What you’ll do…

  • Assist in identifying and cultivating relationships with key clients in sports, music, film, and entertainment
  • Support the creation of tailored proposals and packages for sports delegations, production crews, and VIP guests
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of high-profile bookings and events
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and revenue performance
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns targeting the sports and entertainment market
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategy
  • Provide on-site support for major events, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence

What we are looking for…

  • Experience in hospitality sales, preferably within the sports or entertainment sectors
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the sports and entertainment landscape in London and beyond
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, client-focused approach with a passion for luxury hospitality
  • Based at [Employer hidden] with occasional travel to client meetings, events, and industry function
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during key sporting or entertainment events
