The role involves assisting in restaurant operations, ensuring service standards are met, and liaising between the kitchen and waiting staff. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.

Set across the first seven floors of Manhattan Loft Gardens, The Stratford is a 145-room design hotel. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

What you’ll do…

  • Assist the management in running the operations of the restaurant and bar smoothly and offering personal and outstanding service to our guests
  • Oversee the restaurant and bar whilst on service, ensuring Company standards are met
  • Liaise between the kitchen and waiting team
