We create exciting digital content for the biggest brands and are looking for a highly skilled Senior Producer to lead projects and guide our production team. What You’ll Do:

  • Drive the creative vision of projects, guiding teams to develop compelling narratives that align with brand objectives and [Employer hidden]’s standards.
  • Oversee and manage all stages of production at a senior level, ensuring efficiency, creativity, and seamless delivery from concept to final output.
  • Ensure content across platforms is of the highest quality, consistently engaging, innovative, and on-brand.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Producers, Editors, Videographers, and VFX artists, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Anticipate and leverage emerging trends in digital media, marketing, and storytelling to keep [Employer hidden] at the forefront of the industry.
  • Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, balancing priorities while ensuring deadlines and creative standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience as a Producer (minimum 4–5 years), with a proven track record of delivering high-quality productions for major brands.
