We want to invest and nurture you as we know that in order to provide our clients with first class care, we need first class carers. Even if you have no previous care experience we want to hear from you – will provide you with in house paid training as we want you to learn our way.

We need from you:

• A passion to provide a quality care service and the enthusiasm to always go the extra mile.
• Common sense and reliability as vulnerable elderly people will depend on you.
• A full driving licence and a vehicle available for you to use for work.

And then we can offer you:

• Earnings can be between £13.04 and £19.67 per hour
• One day’s pay as a Birthday Bonus
• Paid mileage between visits.
• Paid face –to-face training
• No 15 minute visits
• Because we are always mindful of client confidentiality our staff are smartly dressed but do not wear uniform
• Paid holiday
• Enrolment into our stakeholder pension scheme.
