Our client is currently looking for a number of Inclusion Leads on initial 3 month contracts

Inclusion Lead (Various Specialisms)
Somerset – Hybrid / Remote
£350 – £370 per day inside IR35

We are seeking experienced and passionate Inclusion Leads to join our Education Directorate. This is a key opportunity to make a real difference to children and young people most at risk of falling behind in education.
As an Inclusion Lead, you’ll work across localities to identify barriers, coordinate support, and champion inclusive practice — ensuring every child remains engaged and progressing in their education.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and reduce risks to children’s educational progress.
• Work with parents, schools, and partners to resolve challenges and secure positive outcomes.
• Lead on planning and supporting key transitions between education phases.
• Share and promote effective, inclusive strategies across teams.
• Coordinate multi-agency action around children and families.

You’ll bring:

• Strong understanding of SEND, inclusion, and child development
• Experience of multi-agency working and supporting vulnerable learners
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• A degree or equivalent experience in education or inclusion-related fields
