Associate Director of Digital Transformation
We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive a ambitious Digital Transformation Programme on a 6 month initial contract. As a Assistant Director of Digital Transformation, you will report to the Executive Director – Transformation and provide strategic leadership across the IT and digital services, ensuring they deliver on their corporate objectives and improve services for residents through digital transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Digital Transformation Programme from strategy to implementation.
- Shape and deliver the corporate IT strategy to support wider transformation goals.
- Advise senior leaders and councillors on digital opportunities and priorities.
- Champion innovation and accessibility, including the development of our council website.
- Embed best practice frameworks such as ITIL and TOGAF to ensure service excellence.
What You’ll Bring
- A proven track record of leading large-scale digital and IT transformation in the Public Sector.
- Strong experience in programme and project management with measurable outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of digital change, IT operations, and cloud-based solutions.
