Repairs Surveyor
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Repairs Surveyor to help deliver high-quality repairs and safety inspections across 10,500 tenanted homes, 3,000 garages, and 700 commercial properties.
The role:
- Diagnose and manage day-to-day repairs in domestic and commercial buildings
- Conduct property surveys and gas fault diagnostics
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and CDM standards
- Liaise with contractors, housing officers, and tenants to deliver excellent service
- Support legal processes, disrepair claims, and insurance-related works
- Contribute to service improvements and budget management
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in building surveying ideally housing and commercial properties
- Contract administration
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building faults, and relevant legislation
- HNC or equivalent qualification
- Full UK driving licence
