Interim Drug and Alcohol Programme Lead
Location: Suffolk
Work Type: Contract
Salary: £400 per day
Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Interim Drug and Alcohol Programme Lead on a initial 3 month contract but likely to extend.
Your role will be to lead on the following 3 priorities:
- Oversee the drug & alcohol deliverables in the drug and alcohol community treatment contract and associated improvement plan
- Understand, evidence and implement interventions to improve outcomes for people with alcohol addictions
- Drive forward activity to meet the 10 year Drug Strategy through the Combatting Drugs Partnership
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- A solid understanding of the drug and alcohol treatment landscape
- Experience managing or commissioning public health interventions
- Strong skills in data analysis, strategic planning, and performance monitoring
- Proven ability to build and influence multi-agency partnerships
- A background in public health, commissioning, substance misuse, or social care
Day Rate: £400 per day
Hybrid Working – 2 days in the Ipswich office ideally
