Job Description:

Our renowned client is currently looking to recruit a HR System Transformation Lead on a 12 month contract.    HR System Transformation Lead London – Hybrid (1 day in the office) £600 per day inside IR35    The successful HR System Transformation Lead will have previous experience leading change and transformation on a HR system transformation.   You will have extensive experience in organisational development and change management and ideally working with Cornerstone.  The organisation are consolidating multiple learning management systems into 1 (Cornerstone) and are looking for someone to play a pivotal role in the transformational journey, supporting the discovery, scoping and delivery of the learning and talent features, capturing user needs, shaping solutions and ensuring organisational readiness.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and lead discovery workshops to understand current processes and future needs from diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Foster collaboration, facilitate discussions, and capture and clarify requirements to ensure alignment on “as-is” and “to-be” states.
  • Analyse complex information and data, breaking it into manageable components to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Challenge existing ways of working by applying structured problem-solving techniques as well as change management approaches to identify root causes and co-create solutions.
  • Develop and deliver a targeted communications and engagement plan for this phase of the project.
  • Collaborate with internal Communications colleagues to leverage existing channels and ensure consistent, high-quality messaging.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for change

Essential skills

  • Proven expertise in change management, with a strong focus on communications and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience leading organisational development diagnostics and process improvement initiatives.
  • Background in Organisational Development, ideally with a specialism in Learning and Talent.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Higher Education / Complex environments, however this isn’t essential    This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious organisation on a long term programme.
