Fire and Security Training Manager
Our established and expanding client is currently looking to recruit a Fire and Security Training Manager on a permanent basis, working from home. Fire and Security Training Manager £40,000 – £45,000 Home based with travel to sites The successful candidate will have previous experience working within Fire and Security Training. Within the role you will lead the development and delivery of training programmes for fire and security systems, including designing, implementing and managing the training strategy.
Key Duties
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs on fire and security systems (e.g. CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and intruder detection)
- Use a blend of training methods including in-person workshops, e-learning, and hands on demonstrations.
- Support continuous improvement by revising training materials/programmes as needed.
- Ensure all training programs meet industry standards and regulatory compliance (e.g. BAFE, NSI, FIA).
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
