Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Management and Administration Apprenticeship Learner Skills Coach for a apprenticeship provider.
Your role will be to manage approx a caseload of 40 learners to ensure the effective delivery of customer Service, Business Administration and Team Leader apprenticeship standards through a blend of delivery styles.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Customer Service, Business Admin and Management to aid impactful and engaging delivery with past experience ideally in a coaching or tutoring based role with in the apprentice sector.
Ideally candidates will hold or be prepared to work towards: AET or above (or equivalent), Assessing Competence in Work environment or above (or equivalent), IQA.
The role will mainly be remote home based but require occasional travel to meet learners should there be the need.
The salary on offer is £30,000 plus 25 days holiday, pension scheme and training.
Due to the nature of the role this role will require you to undergo a DBS.
