Estates Surveyor

Job Description:

Our client is currently looking to recruit an Estates Surveyor on an initial 6 month contract    Surveyor / Estates Surveyor £450 per day London    The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Surveyor and ideally have had exposure to the public sector.  Within the role you will assist with the management of the corporate property portfolio, the work involves small land disposals, leases and licences, wayleaves and easements.    Main Duties

• Assisting with the day-to-day estates management of the corporate property portfolio including but not limited to rent reviews, lease renewals, licences, rent calculations for commercial lettings, lease assignments and other general estate management services as directed
• Completing delegated authority forms and recommendation reports for approval by management
• Assisting with the annual asset valuation programme by gathering and supplying information for valuers, site visits, photos measurements and other valuation related work to support the team in the work programme.
• Tenant liaison including site inspections, taking photos and measurements as necessary
