⭐ The Role

You will:

• Carry out ad-hoc repairs and defect rectification to exceptional standards
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors on-site
• Maintain safe working environments and enforce quality expectations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Manage digital task and reporting tools day-to-day

This role combines hands-on trade work with leadership and site coordination.

🔧 Essential Skills & Experience

• Relevant trade qualification — ideally carpentry or plumbing
• Strong background in maintenance and construction
• Competent with hand and power tools
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Able to manage tasks, materials and contractors using a handheld device

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-end residential refurbishment
• SSSTS
• First Aid at Work
• PASMA
• familiarity with Tradify and/or digital site management tools
