Ref: DT - SM8 Salary: £65,000 - £70,000/annum Location: - United Kingdom -- England -- Greater London -- London Type: Permanent Posted 06 October 2025 We’re looking for an experienced site manager to join a well-established contractor delivering some of London’s most exclusive high-end residential projects, typically ranging from £10m–£20m in value. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong track record in super prime residential construction to take ownership of on-site delivery across multiple design-led schemes, both new builds and complex refurbishments, throughout London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of site operations on high-end residential projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and specialist trades to ensure programme delivery
  • Maintain exceptional standards of quality, health & safety, and compliance
  • Work closely with project managers, consultants, and internal teams to meet design intent
  • Monitor progress against programme, manage site logistics, and oversee build sequencing
  • Drive high-quality finishes and attention to detail throughout all stages of the build
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and specialist consultants as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a site manager on high-end or super prime residential projects (£5m–£10m)
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, high-spec finishes, and project sequencing
  • Confident managing both new build and complex refurbishment schemes
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certifications required
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and suppliers while upholding site standards
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and quality-focused
