Job summary [Employer hidden] is an accredited electrical installation and compliance contractor with an expert team of electrical engineers.
To support our continued growth we are currently looking for experienced, accomplished and self-motivated Electrical and Mechanical Engineers to maintain and support our industry’s leading services and clients.
You will work across a variety of functional groups that are directly involved in electrical engineering, servicing electrical equipment and systems and compliance.
The ideal candidate is an inventive problem solver that can work through technical challenges and employ pragmatic solutions.

The main duties include but are not limited to:
- Diagnose and repair electrical problems on commercial and Industrial electrical systems, including fault-finding, rewiring and installation.
- Assess the parts needed for service jobs and place orders for those parts.
- Installation of various types of containment systems to include tray, conduits etc.
- Conduct routine maintenance and testing on commercial and industrial electrical systems, and ensure installations are to current BS standards.
- Ensure good quality workmanship which upholds company standards, complies with building codes and follows safety requirements.
- Comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
- Provide exceptional face to face customer service and answer any customer questions.
- Provide professional assessments and advice for customers.
- Possess working knowledge of IEE regulations and City & Guilds NVQ 3 qualifications.
- Demonstrate familiarity with NICEIC requirements.
The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and experience:
Skills, qualifications and experience • We are prioritising candidates with 4+ years of experience, to get the best start on the role.
• Must be an approved eelectrician and hold all the necessary qualifications.
• Possess ECS/CSCS Health & Safety Qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• PASMA/IPAF an advantage.
• City & Guilds.
• Level 3 NVQ qualified.
• Test & Inspection 2391 an advantage but not essential.
• 2921-34 EV Charging course.
• Testing experience is also desirable.
• Fire alarm knowledge would be advantageous.
Salary & £35,000- £43,000 dependent on experience (£45k OTE due to hourly rate) paid door to door, company van, Benefits phone, specialist tools provided, pension contribution, overtime available, 28 days holiday including bank holidays, Monday – Friday 7:45am – 4:30 pm.
