Role: Lead Technical Salesforce and Web Software Developer

Experience: Minimum of 4 years, emphasizing both Salesforce and web software development.

Employment Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £32,500 per annum

Working Model: Hybrid (Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely)

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Development: Drive the design, development, and customization of applications on the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Web Development: Lead the creation, development, and optimization of responsive web applications, emphasizing user experience and functionality.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership to the development team, promote best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Integration: Develop and execute integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems or web platforms.
• Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to design robust, scalable, and efficient web and Salesforce solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Guarantee that both Salesforce applications and web platforms deliver top-tier performance and user satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Keep updated with emerging trends in Salesforce, web technologies, and the broader software development landscape.
• Documentation: Regularly document design considerations, code changes, and best practices to ensure consistency and future reference.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Salesforce and web software development.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and modern web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Demonstrated capability in bridging Salesforce with external web platforms.
• Salesforce Developer Certification.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving acumen.
• Established record of team leadership and mentorship.
• Exceptional communication abilities, encompassing both verbal and written forms.
