Community Carer – From £14.50 – £19.50 per hour

As a Community Carer, you’ll support clients with personal and domestic care, helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life. Many of our clients are older adults, some with additional needs such as physical disabilities, sensory impairments, mental health conditions, dementia, or learning disabilities.

Whether you’re helping someone get ready for the day, preparing meals, or simply offering a friendly chat and reassurance, your support makes all the difference.

- £14.50/hour (weekdays)
- £15.50/hour (weekends)
- £19.50/hour (bank holidays)
- 45p per mile travel allowance
- Flexible hours – full-time or part-time roles available
- Guaranteed hours or salary contracts
- Alternate weekends off for full-time staff
- Comprehensive induction & paid training – no experience needed
- Supportive shadowing programme and ongoing career development

- Full-time: Based on a 2-week rota with alternate weekends and some evening shifts
- Part-time: Evening and weekend shifts available

- A caring, friendly and reliable nature
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken
- A flexible and positive attitude
- Confidence working independently in clients’ homes across the community
