Clinical Training Nurse - Sussex / Hampshire

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Contract: Self-employed with service contract

About the Role: [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] provides a range of services to clients with Personal Health Budgets, across the south of England. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Clinical Training Nurse to join our team in Sussex and Hampshire. In this role, you will be commissioned to deliver high quality clinical training and competency assessments to our clients’ carers. You will be responsible for managing your own diary, ensuring that our training commissions are completed in a timely manner, to suit the needs of the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess carer training needs and deliver training in a wide range of clinical topics
  • Complete documentation to evidence training delivery and competency assessment
  • Mentor and support Personal Care Assistants, fostering confidence and professional growth
  • Stay up to date with best practices and clinical developments, ensuring training reflects current healthcare standards
  • Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and organisational policies during all training activities

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience in patient care in the community
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to support clinical training
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners
  • Proven ability to deliver effective training sessions to care assistants and family members
  • Current nursing qualification recognised in the UK (e.g., RN registration).
  • Complex Care experience
  • A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in teaching / training others is essential
