Salary: £40,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and person-centred care to our southern clients. Working with our regional nurses, this pivotal role involves leading care teams, optimising workflows, and driving compliance with CQC standards to achieve outstanding client outcomes and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support care teams to deliver consistent, person-centred care.
- Monitor quality through audits, home visits, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with recruitment to maintain staffing levels and skill mix.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal quality benchmarks.
- Manage payroll data, staff supervisions, and performance appraisals.
- Mobilise new care packages and coordinate training and shadow shifts.
- Investigate incidents, manage complaints, and implement improvements.
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate systems, and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external agencies to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and effective hiring aligned with organisational needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment partners, oversee candidate sourcing, and ensure compliance with company standards throughout the hiring process.
- Lead recruitment activities, including agency liaison, candidate screening, and onboarding, to support workforce planning and operational goals.

- Experience in care operations and compliance (CQC knowledge essential).
- Motivated self-starter able to work without direct supervision.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
