FULL DESCRIPTION
New Temporary stock condition surveyor opportunity working in Bournemouth. 3-6 month initial contract undertaking internal and external surveys of their housing stock.
Role and Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor:
- Conduct stock condition surveys on residential properties - Identify repair and maintenance needs - Report on compliance with housing standards and safety regulations - Assist in long-term maintenance planning and budgeting
Skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor - Strong IT and communication skills - Full UK driving licence
Benefits:
