FULL DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join a well-established consultancy in Poole. This role offers excellent career development prospects, working alongside the Directors on a diverse range of projects across the Commercial, Industrial, and Residential sectors. Full APC support and training will be provided to enable career progression to full MRICS membership.

Role and Responsibilities

- Mix of professional and project-based work - Contract administration & Employers Agent project supervision - Undertaking building inspections (Building Surveys, Measured Surveys, Dilapidations inspections) - Preparing Building Survey / Condition reports - Preparing Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations, and assisting with negotiations - Service of Party Wall Notices and negotiation/preparation of Party Wall Awards - Preparation, checking, and reporting of Tenders for building work - Preparing detailed Specifications of Work

Skills & Experience

- Relevant degree in Building Surveying or similar - Minimum 2 years of Building Surveying experience in the commercial sector - Full driving licence required - Based within commuting distance of Poole, or looking to relocate - Seeking a long-term role in a growing business

Salary & Benefits
