An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Surveyorto join a respected and growing commercial property consultancy based in Dorset. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to begin or progress their career in commercial agency within a supportive and professional environment.

Role & Responsibilities of the Graduate Surveyor:

- Support with acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties - Assist with viewings, negotiations, and progressing deals - Help maintain and develop client relationships - Assist in preparing marketing material and agency documentation - Learn to provide strategic advice to clients including landlords, occupiers, and developers

Skills & Experience of the Graduate Surveyor:

- A degree in Real Estate, Property, or a related subject (RICS accredited preferred) - Enthusiastic and keen to build a career in commercial property - Strong communication and organisational skills - A proactive, team-focused approach - Full UK driving licence
