Excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Quantity Surveying Consultancy in Poole. They have an established, stellar track record in delivering multi-million pound projects across the UK. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you’ll work on a diverse range of projects spanning various sectors, including commercial, education, residential, healthcare and marine.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

- Conducting cost estimations - Carrying out valuations - Managing risks - Controlling and reporting project finances - Fulfilling Employers Agent Duties and Contract Administration - Assisting with procurement and tendering - Additional duties to be discussed based on requirements

Skills & experience of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

- Ideally MRICS qualified - Possess extensive experience across all aspects of Quantity Surveying - Proficient in completing Quantity Take-offs - Familiarity with the PQS environment - Strong IT, communication, and numeracy skills - Motivated to develop and grow within our company

Salary & Benefits:

- Bas salary £40,000 to £60,000, depending on experience (DOE) - Pension scheme - Private healthcare - Scope for progression
