FULL DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Qualified Surveyor to join a long established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy, based out of their Wimborne office. Working as part of an experienced team, this roles offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of general practice surveying work, covering valuation, landlord & tenant work, property management and agency. The ideal candidate will be an experienced chartered surveyor, and ideally registered valuer, who is comfortable working autonomously and can help build on their existing business.

Role & Responsibilities of the Chartered Surveyor:

  • Landlord and Tenant work
  • Agency – purchase and sales of commercial property, as well as leasing and lettings
  • Commercial property management
  • Valuations for private individuals, banks, probate etc
  • They will consider someone not currently a registered valuer but keen to get their registered status

Skills and qualifications of the Chartered Surveyor:

  • MRICS qualified
  • Ideally Registered valuer but not essential
  • Experienced undertaking a mix of general practice work for commercial clients

Salary and benefits:

  • £40,000 – 50,000 base salary (negotiable depending on experience)
