An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join a highly regarded firm based in the New Forest. As part of ongoing growth, the company is looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to assist their experienced Building Surveying team. You will work across a variety of projects in both commercial and residential sectors, providing exposure to a broad range of building surveying duties.

As part of ongoing growth, the company is looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to assist their experienced Building Surveying team. You will work across a variety of projects in both commercial and residential sectors, providing exposure to a broad range of building surveying duties.

The company is known for providing full support towards the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), with a proven track record of helping graduates become chartered members (MRICS).

Role & Responsibilities of the Graduate Building Surveyor:

  • Assist with conducting building surveys and inspections
  • Assist with undertaking commercial dilapidations
  • Manage party wall matters
  • Oversee works on site
  • Assist with contract administration

Skills & Experience of the Graduate Building Surveyor:

  • A degree in Building Surveying or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A desire to learn and develop within the profession

Salary & Benefits:

  • £27,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
