Role & Responsibilities of the Graduate Quantity Surveyor:

- Advise on costs involved in building projects - Evaluation of tenders - Evaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposals - Provide advice on implications of different construction methods, materials etc - Prepare bills of quantities - Preparation of final accounts

Skills & Experience of the Graduate Quantity Surveyor:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying - Some industry experience is beneficial but not essential - Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal - Passion to start and progress through APC
