FULL DESCRIPTION
We are working with a leading and progressive commercial real estate consultancy with a network of offices across the UK. They are currently looking for a Senior Surveyor or Associate Director to join their valuation team in Southampton. They advise numerous lenders including high street banks, private banks, insurance companies and challenger banks. You will also get the chance to work with a vast array of different clients ranging from property developers and investors, to large corporate businesses giving you a variety of interesting and exciting experiences.
Role & Responsibilities of the Senior Surveyor / Associate Director – Valuation:
- Loan security; providing lenders with a comprehensive and independent report of the market, and rental value of a property or an entire portfolio
- Alternatives; their alternative valuers carry out valuations for loan security, portfolio valuations, financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, property litigation and taxation purposes.
- Company accounts valuation; providing clients with a comprehensive and accurate report on the value of their property assets.
- Fund valuation
Skills & experience of the Senior Surveyor / Associate Director – Valuation:
- RICS registered valuers with a background in loan security
- Self-motivated, ambitious and driven to develop professionally
- Details orientated
- Personable, professional and presentable
