Role & Responsibilities of the Graduate/Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
- Work closely with, and support, the Senior Quantity Surveyors
- Prepare take off reports.
- Ensure works are valued and payment obtained in accordance with the contract terms
- Assist with the preparation of estimates and cost plans and in the development of programmes for the delivery
- Adhere to all Health and Safety Requirements.
- Site travels as required
Skills and experience of the Graduate/Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
- RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying
- Practical experience is beneficial but not essential
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £23,000 – £35,000
