A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lease Advisory Surveyor (up to Associate Director level) to join a respected and long-established property consultancy based in Southampton. With a strong presence across the South Coast, the firm offers a varied client base and the chance to work on high-quality lease advisory instructions across office, retail, and industrial sectors.

Role & Responsibilities of the Lease Advisory Surveyor:
- Manage and negotiate rent reviews, lease renewals, and re-gears on behalf of both landlords and tenants
- Represent clients in lease negotiations, ensuring best value and minimising risks
- Liaise with agency and professional teams to support broader asset strategies
- Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to business growth
- Support junior team members as needed and collaborate closely across departments
Skills & Experience of the Lease Advisory Surveyor:
- MRICS qualified
- Solid experience in lease advisory work – rent reviews, renewals, lease consultancy
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Client-focused with commercial awareness
- Knowledge of the South Coast market is beneficial
- Driving licence required for site inspections
