An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Building Surveyor or Associate Director to join a well-established, independent property consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality professional and project work across the South Coast. The role provides genuine scope for career progression to Director level for an ambitious individual who wants to help shape the future of the business.

Role & Responsibilities of the Senior Building Surveyor / Associate Director:

    - Undertake a range of professional and project-based Building Surveying services

    - Carry out building surveys, condition reports, and schedules of dilapidations and condition

    - Prepare specifications and oversee refurbishment and maintenance works

    - Contract administration and project management duties

    - Residential building surveys – Level 3’s

    - Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development and repeat work

    Skills & Experience of the Senior Building Surveyor / Associate Director:

      - MRICS qualified

      - Broad professional Building Surveying experience within the commercial or residential sectors

      - Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail

      - Confident client-facing skills with a commercial mindset

      - Full UK driving licence

      Salary & Benefits:

        - £50,000 – £70,000 (DOE)
