FULL DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Surveyor to join a growing family firm based, covering a patch across North Hampshire. This role offers the chance to work on private instructions, for a firm that have a focus on quality over quantity of work.

Role & Responsibilities of the Residential Surveyor & Valuer:

- Conduct residential property surveys (Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, no valuations)
- Provide detailed advice and guidance to private clients throughout the house buying process
- Prepare accurate reports, and recommendations
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, solicitors, and agents
- Contribute to the growth and development of the business

Skills & Experience of the Residential Surveyor & Valuer:

- MRICS or FRICS preferred; AssocRICS considered for experienced candidates
- Proven experience in residential surveying
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service
- Positive, client-focused attitude with willingness to go the extra mile
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small, ambitious team

Salary & Benefits:

- £50,000–£60,000 basic salary depending on experience and skills
- Generous commission structure with over-target earnings potential
