FULL DESCRIPTION

A growing independently consultancy are looking for a commercial surveyor to join their team. As a business they specialise in advising commercial landlords and tenants on lease negotiations, acquisition and disposals, development consultancy, and portfolio optimisation. This role is focussed on lease advisory work.

Role & responsibilities of the commercial surveyor:

- Rent reviews - Lease renewals - Carrying out property inspections - Attending client meetings

Skills & experience of the commercial surveyor:

- Recently or nearly MRICS qualified - 3-4 years plus property industry experience - Excellent communication skills - Driven, hard-working

Salary & benefits:

- £35,000 – 50,000 depending on experience - Hybrid working - High level of autonomy - Exposure to wide range of assets - Friendly, supportive culture with ongoing progression
