Role & Responsibilities of the Graduate Building Surveyor:
- Refurbishment and fit-out project management –from programme management and procurement to contract administration, health & safety, and employer’s agent services.
- Real estate due diligence
- Building surveying and reporting
- Dilapidations
- Move management
Skills & Experience of the Graduate Building Surveyor:
- Building Surveying or Project Management RICS accredited degree
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Passion to start / progress through APC
- Creative problem-solving skills
