FULL DESCRIPTION

A growing and highly regarded consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver a wide range of high-quality schemes across London and the South. This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially aware project manager with a strong residential background to work closely with developer clients, leading projects from inception to completion.

Role & Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:

  • Deliver residential schemes (circa 70–80% of workload), including new build houses and flats
  • Manage a variety of commercial projects, including office, PBSA, retail and hospitality
  • Lead projects from feasibility through to handover
  • Act as Employer’s Agent under JCT Design & Build contracts
  • Administer JCT contracts (both D&B and traditional)
  • Work closely with clients, consultants and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
  • Advise on procurement strategy and manage contract risks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years’ project management experience within consultancy or client-side
  • Strong track record delivering residential projects between £1m – £30m
  • JCT contract knowledge and Employer’s Agent experience essential
  • Ideally MCIOB or MRICS (not essential)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and contract admin skills
  • Ability to advise developer clients on procurement options
