Role & Responsibilities of the Graduate / APC Building Surveyor:

- Building surveys, condition surveys and measured surveys - Schedules of condition and schedules of dilapidation - Building pathology and defects analysis - Insurance reinstatement valuations - Contract administration and project management - Procurement and tendering - Site supervision and monitoring - Party wall

Skills & Experience of the Graduate / APC Building Surveyor:

- Degree in Building Surveying - Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal - Self motivated and organised - Passion to start and progress through APC
