Role & Responsibilities of the Valuation Surveyor:
- Provide valuation advice for a variety of purposes including accounting, loan security, general advisory and acquisition purposes
- Commercial valuations for major bank lending panels as well as undertaking private client work across a range of sectors.
- Landlord & tenant work, covering rent reviews, lease renewals
Skills & experience of the Valuation Surveyor:
- MRICS qualified
- Registered valuer
- Comfortable working independently
Salary & benefits:
