Full job description
As a DevOps Developer at Path to Success you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of software applications through continuous performance testing and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance testing strategies, plans, and scripts.
- Conduct performance testing to assess the scalability, stability, and speed of software applications.
- Analyze and interpret test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose solutions for optimization.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement performance improvements.
- Automate performance testing processes and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Monitor and analyze system performance in production environments.
- Continuously research and evaluate new performance testing tools and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience with a focus on performance testing.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, PowerShell).
- Experience with performance testing tools such as Performance centre/LoadRunner, Blazemeter, Jenkins, Groovy, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Jira
- Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
