Main Purpose: Create a visually compelling Director of IT role at our company. It emphasizes the strategic, technical, and leadership skills needed to drive our IT initiatives and support our business objectives and our enhanced user interfaces, improving the overall user experience across our carbon footprint solutions, climate change reporting solutions, and caregiver management software solutions.

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, and emerging technologies.
• Proven track record of managing complex IT projects and leading change initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic IT plans that align with business goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for visual storytelling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the sustainability and environmental technology sector.
• Familiarity with caregiver management software solutions.
• Certification in project management or IT service management (e.g., ITIL).
• Leadership, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
