Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Multimedia Designer & Video Editor to create engaging digital content that supports our learning and communication goals. You’ll design and edit multimedia assets — from videos and animations to graphics and interactive content — ensuring high production quality and creativity. This is a fully remote role, giving you flexibility to work from home while collaborating online with our wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and edit multimedia content including videos, animations, graphics, and interactive elements.
- Produce professional-quality video content for eLearning, training, and promotional use.
- Apply motion graphics and visual storytelling techniques to enhance learner engagement.
- Ensure all content is responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with curriculum managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
- Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Stay up to date with trends in multimedia, video production, and digital learning.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong skills in graphic and multimedia design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools.
- Understanding of eLearning design principles and SCORM compliance (desirable).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.
- Creative mindset with strong visual communication skills.
Qualifications
- Degree in Multimedia Design, Film/Media Production, Digital Media, or related field.
- OR professional certification with proven experience in multimedia and video editing.
- Portfolio showcasing video editing, animations, and multimedia projects is required.
