Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA) are highly desirable.

Minimum of [3] years’ experience in IT system management, software development, or a similar technical role.

Experience with carbon footprint software, caregiver management systems, or

sustainability data platforms is a strong advantage.

Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot networking systems, server maintenance, and cloud-based applications.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

System Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for internal and client-facing IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud-based applications.

Software Configuration and Development: Configure and develop custom software

solutions, such as carbon footprint tracking systems, caregiver management software, and other client-specific IT solutions.

Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and

software issues quickly and efficiently to ensure minimal downtime for clients and internal teams.

Client Support and Training: Provide remote and on-site support to clients, ensuring that they fully understand and can effectively use the software and IT systems implemented by [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] LTD.

System Upgrades and Optimizations: Proactively recommend and implement upgrades and improvements to ensure systems run optimally and securely.

Carbon Management and Caregiver Software Solutions: Develop and maintain
