Position Summary
The ERP Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring ERP software, and ensuring seamless integration with existing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business operations and ERP systems, with strong communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes and user requirements
- Customize, configure, and implement ERP solutions to meet organizational needs
- Provide training and support to end-users during and after implementation
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Monitor ERP system performance and recommend improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Stay current with ERP trends, updates, and best practices
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity across all modules
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Proven experience as an ERP Consultant or similar role
