  • Negotiate terms and contracts to secure the most cost-effective purchasing solutions.
  • Monitor market trends to maintain a competitive edge and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and build long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to support our operations and projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement processes, including purchase orders and contracts.

What you’ll need:

  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office, ensuring efficient management of procurement processes.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on cost management, allowing you to identify and implement cost-saving solutions.
  • Understanding of contract management and supplier evaluation, ensuring compliance and maximizing value.
