We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying sales leads: Researching prospects, building targeted lists, and identifying potential clients.
  • Pitching products and services: Explaining the benefits of our products and services to potential clients, tailoring your approach to their specific needs.
  • Managing customer relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Developing strategies: Creating and implementing strategies to attract new clients, expand market reach, and increase revenue.
  • Conducting market research: Identifying trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to inform business development efforts.
  • Overseeing junior staff: Providing guidance and support to junior staff, sourcing, hiring, and training new developers.
  • Analyzing performance reports: Analyzing performance reports from subordinate developers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Making recommendations: Making recommendations on how to grow the business, expand into new markets, and develop new products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development: Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new clients, developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and effectively communicate complex information.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Market research and competitive analysis skills: Ability to conduct thorough market research, identify opportunities, and assess the competitive landscape.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, provide guidance and support to junior staff, and foster a collaborative work environment.
