[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking Enablers to provide excellent specialist care for people with complex physical care needs. The role offers full-time or part-time positions with various shift patterns, competitive hourly rates, overtime, and benefits including career training, progression, and a contributory pension scheme. The company is affiliated with Lincoln University and offers fully funded placements on the Nursing Associate program.
Enabler
Full-time or Part-time
£13-£15 per hour
Extra £1 per hour from 7pm-7am
Overtime received after 36 hours completed and paid within 5 working days
- Full Day 7am – 7.30pm
- Full Night 7pm – 7.00 am
- Twilight 7pm – 12 midnight
Full induction (6 months) and personal training pathway (up to and including Apprentice Nurse Associate Programme)
- Stated hours contract (no zero hours or annual hours unless requested)
- Career training, progression from in house specialised training to NVQs
- Regular supervision
- Working with experienced staff to mentor you into the role
- 5.6 weeks annual leave
