HGV Instructor for Category C And CE
We are currently looking for an experienced HGV LGV lorry driving instructor either on a full-time basis or part time basis.
- The successful candidate will be keen to promote the learning and success of our students, flexible and enthusiastic. As we rely upon a large team of Instructors and supporting staff.
- Need to be a team player with good communication skills. Multi lingual skills highly preferable as we have huge multi-cultural client base.
- We are friendly and honest, both to our customers and our instructors.
Essentially, you will need to have held a category C and C+E licence for at least the last three years and have experience in teaching students to drive larger vehicles.
Any endorsements or penalty points on the licence need not preclude you from applying, but will be assessed on a case by case basis.
NRI (National Register of LGV Instructors) qualification is preferred but teaching experience is essential.
Working hours are 4on 2 off basis between 08:00 – 17:00. (Full Time)
4 hours (between 8:00 to 17:00) any 5 days a week total 20hours (Part Time)
Job Types: Full-time and Part-time
Salary: £16.00 per hour.
Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
- C+E Driving: 3 years (Required)
All instructors will have an extensive training programme and be trained to the national standard of NRI. Other courses will also be available for career progression.
We offer weekly pay / every Friday.

Skills/Experience
- Held category C licence for at least three years.
- Held category C+E licence for at least one additional year.
- Additional licences helpful but not essential.
- Teaching experience essential.
