Sales Development Representative - Wizzyl

Job Description:

We are seeking a Telephone/Teams-Based Sales Development Representative who will be a dynamic part of our team. The ideal candidate will work on driving growth in our Wizzyl brand www.wizzyl.com, devising and implementing strategies to boost sales, visibility, social engagement, and sales revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling (both cold and warm leads) to small business owners
  • Conducting Microsoft Teams-based sales presentations to showcase Wizzyl’s services
  • Selling monthly website subscription packages and add-on digital marketing services
  • Building strong relationships with prospects and helping them find the right solution
  • Working towards monthly sales targets with uncapped commission potential
  • Managing leads through the CRM and following up effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience – preferably in digital services, SaaS, Marketing, Insurance or Recruitment
  • Confidence in cold-calling and consultative selling
  • Target-driven mindset – you thrive on achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication skills via phone, video calls, and email
  • Tech-savvy – comfortable demonstrating website solutions online
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented – ability to work remotely or in a team environment.
