FULL DESCRIPTION
Our care home Wellfield are hiring a COOK to join their fun, friendly team
Hours: 7am – 4pm
Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Week 2 – Monday, Tuesday and Friday
Rate of pay: £12.50 per hour
Requirements:
- Must be able to cook for over 30 people
- Ability to prepare and cook home cooked food and bake home made cakes
- Have knowledge of soft diets and allergens in food
- Be responsible for the ordering of foods each week, staying in allocated budget
- Managing the kitchen assistant
- DBS required as working in care home
- Be aware of Health and Safety and Environmental concerns relating to food safety
