FULL DESCRIPTION
We are recruiting a Manager for a new, small bed (8beds) Learning Disability Unit in Blackpool.
Manager | Links Lodge, Blackpool
Salary: £40,000
Reports to: Regional Manager
Summary of Job purpose: To ensure the effective day to day running of the home, in accordance with [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] policy and procedure.
Qualifications & Traning:
- Possession of Dip level 5 or equivalent professional qualification
- Full driving licence with access to your own transport
- At least 2 years’ experience of senior level support and leading staff
- Effective communication skills (both verbally and written including IT literacy)
