PCN Clinical Pharmacist
We have an exciting opportunity for two experienced clinical pharmacist to join our growing team. We currently have four pharmacists working across the four GP practices within our PCN and two pharmacy technicians who also support the team and work across the practices. Our team work closely together and support each other. The ideal candidate will work well within a team and have good interpersonal skills as well being able to work as part of multi-disciplinary team.
